Time Out Moments house with its own sauna in the Bavarian Forest National Park

Are you looking for a place where you can unwind? At our Time Out Moments house, situated on a property of approximately 3,000 square meters, you can take a break from everyday life—whether as a couple, with friends, or with your whole family. The house features a sauna and two bathrooms with rain showers and heated floors. In the garden, you’ll find a hammock, a fire pit, and a grill, as well as plenty of activities for children. There’s also an apiary at the edge of the property, located as far away as possible from both the house and the fire pit.
The house was completely renovated inside in 2022 and outside in 2023. In the living/dining area, a beautiful tiled stove provides cozy warmth in addition to the central heating.


Directly behind the house lies the forest with hiking trails in the picturesque Ilz Valley. In addition, the Bavarian Forest National Park offers countless highlights.

Just 10 minutes away is the town of Grafenau, featuring the Bärenbobbahn (summer toboggan run), a huge playground in the town park, an outdoor swimming pool, and a beautiful town square with restaurants and cafes.
About 30 minutes away is the Bavarian Forest National Park with its treetop trail and the wildlife enclosure at the Lusen National Park Center (Neuschönau).
Also worth seeing are the Finsterau Open-Air Museum, the Gabreta Celtic Village, the beautiful city of Passau—where three rivers meet—with its numerous sights, as well as Schärding (in Austria), all just about 30 minutes away.
There are also a variety of swimming lakes (e.g., Dreiburgensee, Saldenburger Weiher), endless hiking opportunities (e.g., up the Lusen or Rachel mountains), or you can simply visit the Western-themed town of Pullman City.
