This is a beautiful holiday home for up to 10 people with a heated pool on a fenced plot of 1200m2 that is stylishly furnished with modern equipment for a pleasant holiday. Built in a quiet residential area with single and multi-family houses, you are located in the northern interior of Istria, not far from the border with Slovenia, and can easily go on excursions to nature, beautiful villages, the sea and neighbouring countries. Next to the main house, on a plot of 1200 m2, you will find a large terrace for pleasant gatherings, a pool with sun loungers, a gazebo with a barbecue and a room with table tennis. The nearest supermarket is 500 m away, a restaurant is 500 m away and the centre is 3.5 km away. Slovenian border crossing 3 km.
Nearest beach of Kanegra 3 km. Airport (8 km by car from our accommodation. For boaters among you there is a boat hire in Umag, 10 km. Other sports and entertainment activities await you in the surrounding area. For example, driving in Kator 12 km. Golf at the Hotel Kempinski Adria 12 km Diving in Umag 10 km.

. The accommodation is located approx. 2 km after the Croatian border in Kastel. Travelling from the west, drive through Slovenia. Drive past Koper, turn right onto the A1 in Koper (sign Pula Poreč-HR) and follow the E751 Smarska Road towards the Croatian border crossing at Castel. Castel is the first village after the border. Turn left 400 metres after the border (sign Kastel). In Kastel, follow the signs to Umag. After 350 metres, turn right at the chapel. Here you will see the sign Vizinada

If you want to end the evening quietly, you can take a romantic stroll through the old town or along the beautiful waterfront promenade. You can also enjoy Umag's exciting nightlife. Discos, cultural events, concerts and cosy bars invite you to do just that.
