Impressive Moorish-style villa near the beach, with pool and tennis court The Moroccan-style villa is located in a residential area on a large private plot (with two other villas). The villa can accommodate 16 people (including the studio), and the nearest shops and restaurants can be reached within 5 car minutes. The nearest beach is Praia Centianes is 500 m. Three golf courses within 10 car minutes. Faro Airport approx 45 car minutes.

The private pool measures 14 x 5m and has a separate children's section. The pool is heatable (extra cost). The pool is surrounded by generous terraces, including two large professional parasols, comfortable sunbeds, a dining table with chairs, a seating area, a barbecue and a patio fireplace.
In the spacious garden (5000 m2) with many beautiful trees and flowering plants is a private tennis court (bring your own rackets and balls). The tennis court and swimming pool are right next to the house, so you have a view of everything. In the garden there are many palm, olive and lemon trees.

The villa has seven (double) bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom downstairs (upstairs is a second one) has French doors to the terrace and swimming pool In the studio (approx. 25 m2) is the eighth (double) bedroom with bathroom (incl. shower and toilet), kitchen and sitting/bedroom.

The villa has a very spacious living room with two sitting areas, a separate dining room and a large kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, two fridges with large freezer compartments, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). Finally, there is a guest toilet, a pantry and a laundry room. The dining room has folding doors, so you can sit covered but actually outside.

In the basement there is a cinema room and a pool table. In front of the basement is a terrace with lemon trees. On the terrace is an outdoor table tennis table. Especially ideal for children/teens as this can be their own domain.

Against the house by the pool is a very spacious pergola with a seating area, so you can sit there and have a very pleasant drink. You don't have to sit in the sun without protection if you don't want to.
In short, you lack nothing at this villa and you get a maximum luxury holiday feeling. The villa has underfloor heating (extra costs) and a ventilation system. Also present in the villa: satellite TV, free wifi (bring your own laptop), CD player, DVD player, high chair, cot.
