The holiday house is on a 600m² site and can accommodate up to four people. It is on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea town of Damp, about 600 metres from the beach.
There is a car parking space right by the house. In front of and behind the house you can find a lawn for playing and relaxing. There is a partially covered, spacious terrace with garden furniture, which you can enjoy in any weather. There is also a rotary dryer in the garden area.
The house provides around 85m² of living space. The ground floor has a living room, dining corner, kitchen, bathroom, hall and cloakroom space. There is a Scandinavian stove for the cooler season. The house is very child-friendly: a gate at the top of the stairs, a highchair, child’s supplementary bed, plug safety covers in the lower part of the house, a hand cart, toys for the sand, a football goal in the garden, children’s books, games and DVDs are all provided. The upper floor hast wo bedrooms with two single beds, a double bed and an additional child’s bed. The beds all measure 90 x 200cm. The bathroom leads off the hallway and is fitted with a shower, WC and cupboard with a mirror and also has a window. There is a fully-equipped built-in kitchen that includes a washing achine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment, as well as a stove and oven. Radio and colour TV with a satellite receiver are provided, along with an iron and vacuum cleaner. There are electric radiators for cooler days. WLAN can now also be used. A telephone is not available.
There are shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as the beach, the sea and boat hire within a radius of around 600 metres. There is a golf course 2km away and the nearest train station is about 10km away.
