The surrounding area is rich in flora and fauna and therefore ideal for hikers and hunters. Or visit the cultural and historical attractions, such as the church of St Agnes.

For shared use with the neighbouring house on the same plot, there is a 25 m² swimming pool with sun loungers, parasol and seating, as well as a 70x50 cm stone barbecue for guest use. The garden plot can be separated by a 1.2 metre high movable fence, making the two sections completely independent. There is also plenty of space for children with play equipment.
