About Tiffani Kelly
We love Bradley Brook! Growing up, Kyle spent his summers playing on this peaceful lake and now our son Kade gets to do the same. This hidden gem is also a favorite retreat for other family members. Kyle's brother lives on Bradley Brook full time and his sister has a summer property here. Kamp Kelly is a short 15 minute drive to Hamilton or Morrisville where you can meet all your basic needs. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle, you are sure to fall in love with this secluded area.

A comfortable home with a great view
The house was conveniently located near Colgate (about 15 minute drive) in a relaxing setting. The doors to the screen porch open wide to allow an indoor outdoor feeling. The lake is a stones throw out those doors and the noisiest part of the place were the crickets. Beautiful rolling hills surrounded the area. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and oils. Great WiFi and while no ATT cell service that actually made it easier to disconnect - there was a land line. The spiral staircase was a bit difficult but there is outside access to the upstairs with a regular staircase. The owner was responsive to early questions and the keys entry and instructions were clear. Nice that there is a washer and drier.
The camp was nicely appointed and had a beautiful view. We had fun on the lake and had lots of good, quality family time
Our group of 3 couples was so happy with this home! It was the perfect size for lounging and relaxing together by day and sleeping separately by night. The downstairs living room and kitchen were combined and opened out to a huge screened in porch which made it so easy to spend time together. Then there are three separate bedrooms upstairs. The place had all of the little creature comforts we didn't even realize we needed, such as a ipod speaker/radio and a french press for coffee. The house isn't air conditioned, but it has screens on the windows and doors and fans in the bedrooms, so you can sleep in the crisp the mountain air. We were here over the fourth of July holiday weekend and the neighbors and neighborhood were friendly and inviting.
Beautiful view, fun kayaks, nice decor
Great indoor and outdoor porch, clean home, quiet lake, well equipped kitchen.
Great place for short stay.
Perfect as place to sleep for graduation weekend at Colgate. Pretty view of lake. Scenic 2.5 mile run around lake with friendly neighbors. If we had more time we would have used the kayak.
