The flat is within walking distance of the beach (25 min), the local shopping centre and pharmacy (20 min), the bus stop (22 min), a golf course (12 min) and a tennis club (5 min). There are other golf courses in the neighbourhood. The flat on the first floor is part of a delimited ensemble of two-storey terraced houses with a beautiful communal garden and a small communal pool in a quiet urbanisation. You can enjoy the sunrise over the Mediterranean from the large east-facing terrace. The large pool of the four-star Oh Nice Caledonia hotel, just a minute away, can also be used when you have a coffee there.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the larger of the two bedrooms provides cooling and heating. Satellite TV provides you with almost all German channels as well as a range of European and North African channels and CNN. Fresh bed linen and towels, fibre optic-based WLAN, use of the washing machine and a private underground parking space are included in the rental price. The flat is divided into a 76 square metre living area and 20 square metres of outdoor terraces
Day trips by car to the tourist highlights in Andalusia such as Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Ronda, Gibraltar, Cadiz, Jerez, Grazalema, El Chorro Gorge, Pileta Cave) offer a variety of experiences. The centre of the lively provincial capital of Málaga is only an hour away by car.
Estepona has everything: beautiful wide sandy beaches, lush beach promenades, a variety of golf courses, Europe's largest outdoor climbing wall, good kite surfing spots, an orchidarium, an almost traffic-free old town with many underground car parks and a large feria complex.
Estepona is the direct neighbour of the sophisticated jet-set metropolis of Marbella, but has retained its Andalusian, rural flair. The hinterland of Marbella and Estepona offers an amazingly diverse natural experience. Hikers can choose between many hiking routes of varying degrees of difficulty. The coastal hiking trail from San Pedro via Estepona to Manilva is particularly noteworthy.
