Property is a very good one. Antonio was helpful and friendly. Pool amazing, property very easy to be in and overall we were very happy. One aspect that I believe would be good to look at is the amount of overall dishes, knives and forks. The amount was barely sufficient for a family of 6, and it would make all the difference to have more. But regardless of that, we loved to be there.

Poor communication from the start. Minimal responses often taking days/weeks to reply. Apartment was fine although there was a lot of ants in the cupboard under the sink. Advertised as having a gym, we found a gym at the restaurant across the road and assumed this was it but were denied access as it was “for residents only”. Messaged the host and still haven’t had a response and we’ve been home 3 days now! Feel a little mislead by the description. The pool was nice, however no inflatables/balls allowed even though there was often no other swimmers using the pool. Parking is underground but spaces are very tight! Nice balcony, spoiled by the very noisy neighbour who spoke on speaker phone for hours each day on their balcony. There’s not much around so a car is a must. The experience was overall “OK” but overpriced in our opinion. It didn’t ruin our holiday but it definitely impacted our enjoyment. 6/10 from us.

We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations and, above all, we are so sorry for the poor communication before and after your stay; this is not the standard of service we strive to provide. We have taken note of all your comments to make immediate improvements: we will address the issue with the kitchen cupboards, update our gym description to avoid any future confusion, and review our messaging process to ensure much faster response times. We also regret the inconvenience regarding the neighbor's noise and the tight parking spaces. We are glad you enjoyed the pool and the balcony, though we are sorry the overall experience was impacted. We truly appreciate your constructive feedback as it helps us improve. We wish you all the best! We also will be very happy to offer you a 20% discount in your future stay in case you want to come back to our apartment.
