The activity room is equipped with table tennis, darts, billiards, a Nintendo Wii, and a PlayStation 4. The open kitchen provides ample space for multiple cooks. The house also boasts a large partially covered terrace with high-quality garden furniture, and a large yard with swings and a sandbox for children.
