Located in Exoudun, this 270 m² holiday home welcomes up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, on-demand video, washing machine, dryer, fan, radiator heating in all rooms during winter, as well as a baby cot and high chair. This historic stone house offers garden views from every room. Its layout provides everything you need for a relaxing and sociable country getaway, with the freedom to make it your own.



Outside, unwind in your private pool with a sun-drenched solarium, surrounded by greenery and complete privacy. The pool is secured by a fence and alarm, lit at night, and features a shaded terrace with table and chairs. Water quality is checked weekly. Three covered terraces, one open terrace, and a barbecue are available. There is also a ping-pong table.



On-site parking fits up to 6 cars, and a bike storage room is provided. Smoking is not allowed inside but permitted outdoors. Pets and parties are not allowed. Please avoid arrivals after 11 pm and remember to activate the pool alarm.



The house is in the Bagnault hamlet, Exoudun, on the Camino de Santiago. Discover stone architecture, mullioned windows, washhouses, fountains, bread ovens, and Templar tombs. The area offers 240 km of hiking and cycling trails. Futuroscope is 30 minutes away, the TGV station 15 minutes, the A10 motorway 15 minutes, and Niort 35 minutes.
