The spacious, sunny property is enclosed and partially fenced, so your children can play safely. You can expect exclusive, high-quality, and modern amenities in the vacation home. The solid Swedish hardwood floors and lovingly selected details captivate with their uniqueness. The kitchen is modern and equipped with many extras, and the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere in the house, especially on colder days. The high-quality amenities, including a fully automatic coffee machine and a dishwasher, leave nothing to be desired. The sauna is equipped with a wellness shower and offers a pleasant space to relax. The guest restroom, which receives natural light, is also located on the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with a box-spring bed and two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. The full bathroom, featuring a real-glass shower enclosure, sink, and toilet, is situated in the thatched house’s characteristic bat-wing dormer. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Pleated blinds, curtains, and window shutters provide privacy. A washing machine and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies, an ironing board, and an iron, are stored in the utility room.
In the south-facing garden, you can make yourself comfortable on the patio furniture and let your gaze wander over the meadows and fields. A patio umbrella is provided. Additionally, a beach chair and lounge furniture are available for relaxing in the garden. A Weber electric grill is available for barbecuing. A handcart and toys are provided for the little guests. The play tower in the garden is sure to make children’s eyes light up, while you can relax on the patio, enjoy your coffee, and watch your little ones play.
The natural beach is about 500 m away. Two parking spaces are located directly at the vacation home. An electric vehicle charging station is available free of charge.
