Just 150 m from the beach and 50 m from shops open year-round: bakery, fishmonger, oyster farmer, greengrocer, deli, newsagent, pizzeria, restaurants, and a Sunday market. Supermarket and gas station nearby. Perfect for a couple and a baby. Private parking on the property. Villa Balnéa (massage, sauna, aquagym) only 150 m away. High-speed Wi-Fi. Secure parking, private path, private woodland, peaceful surroundings.
Tourist office and cycle path 150 m away for bike rentals (delivery possible) or tennis (5 outdoor courts). Golf course 1.5 km away (9 holes). Spa, massage, aquabike, aquagym (Villa Balnéa), and gym at 150 m.
