Located in a hamlet bordered by forest and fully fenced, our 75m2 single storey house is surrounded by a peaceful garden of 350m2, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
And speaking of beaches, you can get there on foot in just 10 minutes, where you can enjoy St Brice beach and its calm waters, ideal for children.

Our family home is composed of a living room with fireplace, an American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. With its 2 terraces overlooking the garden, you can enjoy the good weather and outdoor meals with barbecue.

But that's not all, our house is also equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday: Fibre + Wi-Fi 7, dedicated workspace – ideal for telecommuting, dishwasher, washing machine, 49-inch TV for your film nights, Xbox for the kids (and adults!).

And if you want to explore the surroundings, our house is ideally located close to Cap Ferret, Andernos-les-Bains and Ares.

La situation de la maison peut prêter à confusion. Elle se situe effectivement à 10 à pied de la plage mais ... des prés salés et donc il ne faut pas s'attendre à avoir l'océan à 10 min à pied. Mais l'environnement est agréable dans la végétation, près d'une piste cyclable, un voisinage calme, un quartier bien entretenu.La maison elle-même est tout confort et si quelque chose ne fonctionne pas la réponse est rapide et efficace.

Très bon sejour

Maison très agréable au calme et à 50m des pistes cyclables. Située entre Arès et Andernos, cette maison est très bien équipée, le jardin est sans vis à vis et la terrasse très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, disponibles et arrangeant. Nous recommandons cette location.

sejour tres agréable

Belle maison, bien agencée, bien equipée dans une résidence calme. Les chambres sont belles, possibilité d'accueillir un lit parapluie. A mi chemin entre le centre d'Arès et Andernos les bains, le centre ville est a 2kms.Le bassin artificiel est à 15-20 minutes à pieds par un sentier. Prévoir quand même poussette ou porte bébé pour les petits. Le bassin est idéal pour les enfants en bas âge (pas de courant, pas de vague et une eau à 24°C presque tous les jours). Pour info, n'apportez pas votre bateau pneumatique, ils sont interdits sur le bassin artificiel. Les cannelés sont pas mal dans la première boulangerie sur la droite en arrivant sur Arès. A faire absolument la dune du Pilat! Super séjour pour nous

Lieu idéal pour vacances au calme près de la plage et du centre d'Andernos et d'Arès. Jolie maison décorée avec goût, avec un agréable jardin clôturé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
