Kept pristine as our vacation home for the past 6 years, we've recently chosen to share our beautiful townhouse with guests. With upgraded finishes, top quality linens and completely stocked throughout, the discerning visitor will feel as if they're staying at their own luxurious second home.
There are many condo/townhome complexes in Princeville, but few are as nicely landscaped and as packed with amenities as Nihilani. With a tropical ensconced pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area, you'll know you're staying on the north shore of the Garden Isle.

Rates are subject to change and until a signed contract is received, your dates are not confirmed. A $500 refundable security deposit is required in your payment on every rental and will be returned within 2 weeks of you vacating the property, if it is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
50% of rent/tax is due within 7 days of booking, plus a Refundable Damage Deposit ($500.00). 60 days prior to arrival, final 50% of rent/tax, plus cleaning fee is due. Guests may pay by check or by CC/wire transfer via Paypal. Guests are responsible for any Paypal fees incurred by the owner.

Princeville is a residential and resort community with walking/biking trails, access to two beaches, Queen's Bath, one world-class hotel and one other hotel and The Makai Golf Course (with restaurants and services), multiple restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Staying in Princeville allows you easy access to Hanalei town and bay, as well as Tunnels, the NaPali Coast, and Kilauea town and lighthouse.

About: The owners have traveled the world looking for great surf and beautiful island paradises, and chose to purchase a second home on the north shore of Kauai. The surf is world-class, the beaches ranked in the top 10 on most lists, the hikes are spectacular, and the surrounding scenery jaw-dropping. They love Kauai but can't be there as much as they like, so they're happy to share their place with other adventurers (or folks just looking to relax and revitalize).
Why Princeville, Hawaii, United States of America:
After spending many years in Hawaii, and owning another condo on Oahu, they chose Kauai for it's beauty, waves and relaxed vibe. Princeville, and Nihilani, were an easy choice because they wanted to be on the north shore, with access to everything it has to offer, and they wanted a really comfortable, peaceful, high-end place. The pool, spa and BBQ area is top notch and always kept meticulously clean. It's not a large complex, so it's often quiet and very peaceful at the pool, but also throughout the entire complex. The walking/bike paths are extensive and gorgeous throughout Princeville. You're a short walk to restaurants, golf, Queen's Bath, Hideaway's beach and surf break, and both the Westin and the St. Regis (great for a sunset cocktail).
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
While there are lots of condo complexes in Princeville, many show their age and lack of maintenance. Nihilani is one of the newest and nicest complexes on the north shore. Additionally, the owners spared no expense in the finishes they chose for their unit. Granite counters, stainless appliances and elegantly comfortable furniture. Plus there is an attached 2 car garage, so no packing things in and out of the parking lot!
