Discover Cad Ciävra, an authentic gem nestled in the picturesque village of Vicosoprano, where history and comfort blend perfectly. Originally built in 1896 as a stable, this structure was transformed in 2006 by architect Massimo Brambilla into a holiday home divided into two flats, with further refinements added in 2021. The high-quality furnishings and the warm, cosy atmosphere invite you to an unforgettable stay.
Inside, the holiday home is spread over three levels, each designed for maximum comfort. On the ground floor, which is underfloor heated, you will find a cosy double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and washbasin, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Going up to the first floor, cosy spaces such as the living/dining room with Swedish wood-burning stove, Swisscom TV, and a modern open kitchen await you. The second floor offers a charming open mezzanine with a double bed, completing the interior of this charming dwelling.
Outside, a lovely terrace shared with the flat next door offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the place. Free parking is available nearby, adding convenience to your stay.
The house is serenely located on the edge of the central area of the well-preserved village of Vicosoprano, close to all essential amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, and sports and leisure activities, including fitness, climbing, tennis, and ice skating. Breathtaking hikes, sports facilities, and easy access to destinations such as St. Moritz enrich the range of available activities.
