Detached comfortable holiday home with enclosed garden.
Modern detached vacation home with private garden, within walking distance of
Lake Veere and the marina. The North Sea beach is a 10-minute drive away.
Fantastically located in green surroundings with a south-facing backyard in the “Deltona” park.
Features include 3 spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor), living room with French doors to the sunny terrace. The house is a passive house with solar panels and air conditioning downstairs.
Layout:
Ground floor: entrance hall, bright living room with French doors to the sunny terrace, air conditioning, sitting area with dining table and semi-open modern kitchen with appliances: 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and an infrared screen (electric heating), bathroom with shower, washbasin. Separate toilet. Storage room with washing machine and dryer.
First floor: landing, front bedroom with a double bed, rear bedroom with two single beds.
Outside: spacious, beautifully landscaped and enclosed garden surrounding the property. Sunny terrace and, as an eye-catcher, the wine barrel garden house with 2 sleeping places (can be rented at an additional cost). Parking in the car park opposite the property.
Pets are permitted.
General:
The property is suitable for up to 6 people.
Organising student parties, stag/hen parties, drinking parties is prohibited.
This property is not rented to groups of young people under the age of 23.
Pets are allowed (max. 2) at an additional cost.
Suitable for disabled guests.
A deposit is required.
Please note: bed linen and towel packages are not included. You can rent these for an additional fee.
This property can only be booked for tourist purposes.
