An authentic and comfortable apartment, perfect as a base to explore Lake Calceranica and its surroundings on foot.



Located in Calceranica al Lago, this 90 sqm holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering a practical layout for your stay. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals independently. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Self check-in ensures an easy and flexible arrival.



Outdoors, you can relax in the shared garden and on the communal open terrace, enjoying mountain views. A shared barbecue is available for outdoor lunches and dinners. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



There is 1 shared parking space on site, and public transport is easily accessible nearby. You have access to shared ski and bike storage. 1 pet is allowed for an extra fee. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.

Pros: il luogo dice tutto, tutto molto bello Cons: nel complesso è andato tutto bene , 2 notti sono poche per godersi il posto , forse torneremo.

Ankunft unpesröhnlich mit Code,Schlüßel im Briefkasten.Der Garten ist eine Baustelle mit Baufahrzeugen.Am Gartentisch waren Bauarbeiter,gefüllter Aschenbecher, Bierflaschen. Terasse recht laut gegenüber Tankstelle und Hauptstraße.Keinen Sonnenschirm und Gasgrill ohne Flasche .In der Wohnung alles heruntergekommen (abgenützt)Geschirr verschmutzt und recht spärlich.Kühlschrank ohne Licht.TV in der Küche und keine deutsche Sender.Wonzimmer ein altes Sofa kein Tisch,kein Sessel alter modriger SchrankSchlafzimmer Reisebetten mit Holz umrahmt mit alten durchgelegenen Matratzen modriger Geruch absolute Frechheit, geht gar nicht!!! In dieser Wohnung kann man sich nicht wohlfühlen, geschweige Urlaub machen. Gesamtfazid groß, muffig, vergammelt, laut lieblos und auf dem untersten Niveau eingerichtet. Eine BRUCHBUDE!!! Wir sind Samstag Mittags um 15:00 Uhr angekommen, am nächsten Tag Sonntag Morgen um 07:00 Uhr wieder nach Hause gefahren. Einfach nur ärgerlich, stressig und traurig!!!
