The neighbour has a right of way via the driveway outside that only allows access to his flat and the use of his garage, which is attached to the house

Labeaume is a picturesque village with narrow streets, old stone houses and a beach on the river. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, pizzerias, ice-cream parlours and shops (including a grocery shop selling fresh bread in season). Supermarket 10 minutes away by car.
