TY LOUTI Cottage – Gateway to Huelgoat and Monts d’Arrée

TY LOUTI Cottage is located at the entrance to the Monts d’Arrée park, just 5 minutes from Huelgoat with its legendary forest, lake, and picturesque village. In only 10 minutes, you reach Carhaix for the Vieilles Charrues festival, shops, indoor and outdoor pools, the Hyère valley, and many activities for all ages (golf, treetop adventure, summer tobogganing, and more). Morlaix, with its famous viaduct and historic center, is 30 minutes away and perfect for exploring on various walking routes. The nearest beaches are 40 minutes away, and the Pink Granite Coast is just an hour’s drive.



Our cottage sits at the end of a small village, offering privacy with no direct neighbors, a fenced garden, terrace, and parking space. An electric charging station is less than a kilometer away.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with an open kitchen equipped with three gas burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer, plus a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a cozy mezzanine nook sleeps two (160x200 bed), and two unique bedrooms with exposed beams each have a double bed (140x190).



Upon request, we offer additional services such as advice on hiking trails or Breton meal suggestions, available for an extra charge. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are not included but can be provided on site for an extra charge.
