Magnificent house for 6 guests with breathtaking sea views. Enjoy a well-maintained communal pool and easy walking access to the beach. Located in a peaceful, privileged setting, the house is surrounded by pine forest—perfect for relaxation. The spacious terrace, shaded by awnings when needed, is ideal for outdoor dining and unwinding while gazing at the Mediterranean.
The house features a master suite with a double bed, plus two double bedrooms: one with a double bed or twin beds, the other with two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The large open-plan living and dining area with kitchen offers stunning sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A rear terrace includes a laundry area, clothesline, and washing machine.
