Secluded area

The property has very old and stained furniture especially the sofa and chair cushions. The mattresses in both rooms are old, hard and need to be changed. Lack of kitchen utensils ex 4 forks 2 spoons 5 knives. When we arrived we had to ask for more bed pillows as there was only one for four. In general this condo needs a huge facelift . The exterior of the complex including pool and beach access is fantastic. The condo owners in the complex are really nice and useful.

Bel endroit trĂšs propre et bien entretenu. Coin piscine et plage magnifiques. TrĂšs tranquille. Le coin est quand mĂȘme venteux et il y a un peu d’algues dans l’eau. Bon rapport qualitĂ©-prix. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants, etc. but that it clearly stated in the information. It was very quiet and relaxing. Pretty coastline, but not great for beach walking or swimming.

1. Host was nice but did not see them the entire time. Would have appreciated them telling us to RENT A CAR if licensed drivers as the condos are 23 minutes away from EVERYTHING. There is literally nothing in the area and it’s located off a dirt road 6 miles from the main road.2. Many issues with condo: dishwasher did not work, clothing dryer did not work, huge slits in screen door, internet out for part of trip, roach in the condo. The host was kind enough to refund us for 2 nights from our reservation, but still unacceptable conditions.3. Shower is very small— opening is 22 inches wide, which made our NYC shower look spacious. 4. Only one restaurant on the premises open from 12-7pm. Literally nothing in the area.

Everything was super easy. This place was awesome! The sunrise right out the back window was amazing. The location was close to the pool.as well. We enjoyed the evening swims. Ok, there was a little.seaweed at the ocean when we were there. The kids got used to it after a few minutes and were fine. I thought it made for some amazing snorkeling. You could follow the grassy areas and so much was going on. I saw so many amazing things including walking bat fish. Amazing!.

If you are looking for a place that is away from all of the hustle and bustle and is a tranquil escape, this is the perfect place. We were blown away by how quiet it was and how gorgeous the views were from the condo. The road to get there is a long dirt road, but it was so worth it for the piece of paradise that awaited. There are beautiful beaches and great restaurants within driving distance that allowed for you to experience the beauty and culture of the island, but return to the peacefulness of your condo at the end of the day. Everything was very up to date in the condo and the pool, hot tub, and grill were spotless. Lisa was great with communication offering us suggestions and making sure we were all set with our stay.

Hard to imagine a quiet place like this. Glad someone did and then made it available to the rest of us. If you want a quiet place to enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos, book here. Easy to find, easy to enjoy!
The area around the property is just magnificent.
Sea grass and sea weed were prevalent this time of year, but still a wonderful beach!

Tropical haven

Calm and secluded. Beautiful sunrise location. Mature and diversified tropical vegetation in full bloom during our stay. Well maintained resort and an amazing pool. Waking up to the sound of birds from the surrounding nature preserve. A heartfelt thank to Lisa, our host, for her care and kindness. The perfect place to start and end your days of adventures in Providenciales.

Hidden Gem

This property is beautiful and quiet. We were always able to fine the perfect beach chair or place by the pool. The property is well cared for by friendly staff. The restaurant is all we needed if we didn’t want to leave the resort.

Quiet, beautiful, the perfect getaway spot

This is an amazing property. Lisa did an amazing job in communicating all of the details. The resort staff and restaurant was helpful and delightful. The pool and hot tub area were spotless as well as our room. We will be staying there again very soon.

Quiet, secluded beachfront location

Wonderful property for a quiet vacation.Just a few steps to the pool area & beach, both with plenty of seating and beautiful spots. Road out to property is rough, not paved. The unit was perfect except for dishwasher not working & stove kept tripping breaker. Property mgr Lisa was very responsive to our inquiries & requests. National Park located nearby but rocky drive out to it. Would stay here again, lovely space & great location for us! breakertripping breaker. PrLisaLisa e

One of the most beautiful spots on earth!

The property is truly located in paradise! The property manager was great to work with. She was in constant contact, which we really appreciated. The condo/apartment was bigger than we expected, comfortable and clean. If you stay here, just plan on getting a 4 wheel drive car. The drive is a good distance from most of the action on the island and you have to take a dirt road (with lots of big pot holes) for about 10 minutes to get to the property. The restaurant was not open - ever, so plan on grocery shopping before you arrive. If you are looking for a secluded getaway from reality, this is your spot.

Beautiful and private

We had a wonderful stay! Lisa was amazing and communicated so well. We had some flight cancellations due to the software issue which delayed us two days. She switched our room so it was right by the pool and first floor. She also got us two drinks at the bar. Fabulous person. Check in process was easiest I have ever had. She basically had room open and key there, just walk in and ready to go. Pool and hot tub were amazing and the beach is very private. The bar and restaurant was open. We only ate there once as we went to other places on island and made our own food. We found several conch shells snorkeling and exploring the beach. You will have the beach to yourself!!! Definitely rent a car as it is a ways away from Grace Bay but we didn’t mind driving and exploring the rest of the island. We would definitely consider going back. We did not want to leave!!!

Stunning views

The apartment is clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed to spend a week in Providenciales. Lisa was super helpful and responded to our texts right away. The beach is beautiful and you can snorkel at the coral reef right in front of the wooden trail. You can see the sunrise from the master bedroom, living room or even better from the balcony. The pool and spa are a nice supplement to the beach for a relaxing and/or fun time. The restaurant has amazing service and great food. However, it is open from 1 to 7 pm so we needed to keep that in mind. The location was great to my family but I see how to others it could feel secluded from restaurants and turistic areas so you'd like to plan in advance to have groceries and cook or head out to a restaurant. We visited at the end of June qnd the area was windy most of the time which didn't change our experience but is worth to mention. My family loved this complex and we highly recommend it.

Total relaxation. This resort may be relatively far from restaurants and stores.. but that was the beauty of it for us. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Most of the time we had the pool/beach totally to ourselves. Loved it.

Hi, we have spent the last 2 years enjoying this spacious condo that is ideally situated in one of the most picturesque spots on the island. The resort offers great customer service and features a large pool, hot tub and private white sand beach. When you are there you literally feel like you are on the edge of the planet, it is a very special place with great owners and a wonderful caring board of directors.

Turks and Caicos is a lovely island to visit, I can recommend day trip, reduced car rental companies, and quaint spots to visit during your trip, I have visited the island many times and throughly enjoy the many things to explore, You can snorkel right at the beach if you go out 100 yards, we love to seem with nemo and the gang every time we go, The peace and quiet and the hot tub at night is wonderful, You feel like you have the entire place to yourself !

It is situated beside a national marine park, it is very private, exclusive and is ideal for couples, families that would like to reunite and small groups. The staff are lovely very personable, you will enjoy the condo it is very clean, spacious and provides all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable, You also have access to an outdoor grill to prepare meals on site. I can recommend reduced fees for day trips and car rentals.
