Built in 2019, our Poolhouse combines modern amenities with the charm of island life, creating the ideal setting for your perfect vacation.

Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. However, as this is all about island living, the rest of the Poolhouse embraces a patio and pool lifestyle, so the kitchen, dining, and living areas do not have AC.

Suitable for guests 25 years of age and older.

Please note that this property isn’t specifically designed for children or infants, as there is no gate or fence around the pool, but families are welcome!

The Poolhouse By The Beach was the perfect place to stay! The house and pool were great for 2 couples and the very short walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach made it even better! There is a reef to snorkel just off the beach only a few more steps once you arrive at the ocean. We snorkeled, swam in the pool and explored so many of the local restaurants. If you have found this listing - look no further - just book it!

Fantastic Property!

This property was exactly as described! Clean, well stocked and the pool was fantastic! Highly recommend you book this property if you are planning a trip to TCI!! Questions were promptly answered by host and everything necessary for the beach was available, and it was so close to Grace bay!

Wonderful stay in a great location

We loved our stay at the Poolhouse by the Beach. There were three of us and the space was perfect. The beach is very close and an easy walk. The pool was refreshing to return to each day. Overall, we had a great time and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here if we return.

The property was even better than anticipated. It included everything you could think of needing, clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive via the app. Access to the beach is so very easy and the pool was a delight. We both agreed it was the best vacation.

Beautiful getaway

We enjoyed our stay tremendously at this property. The owners were very kind and the place was just as listed. We were very close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the islands and restaurants very close to our place. Would definitely stay again.

Slice of heaven!

Pool house by the beach was perfect for our family of 4. And within a 3 minute walk of Bight Reef! We felt totally safe, and Judy’s staff took care of every detail. We can’t thank you enough for an amazing memorable vacation!!

We had an amazing vacation! The house is beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach! The beds are comfortable, the pool is amazing! After spending the day at the beach and snorkeling, we would come back and relax in the pool before dinner. We rented a car and it’s a quick drive to get to restaurants and stores, or go to other beaches. We would definitely come back and recommend pool house by the beach to everyone! Amazing family Turks beach holiday

Came with wife and 4 year old and we all had an amazing stay. Modern property with full amenities that comes fully as advertised. Very available owners who live nearby. We loved the pool. The beautiful Bight beach is a short stroll from the property.Definitely planning on returning next year.

Fabulous week!

We had a fabulous stay at the Poolhouse. You truly can’t beat the location! The walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes. The house itself is lovely and quaint - our kids really loved having our own pool. Was a nice contrast after a day at the beach! We did minimal cooking but everything is there to make your meals. A/C in the rooms was a nice touch, too - stayed nice and cool. Can’t wait to get back!

Perfect Stay

Our week long stay at Judy's house was perfect. She had everything we needed to enjoy the beach--chairs, towels, umbrellas. We loved walking to Coral Gardens to snorkel and had an easy drive to any other adventure on the island. The house and pool area were sparkling clean. We hope to return!

Paradise Poolhouse by the Beach

This was the perfect space for my daughter (15), mother (78) and me (50). The property is peaceful and very well cared for. A short walk to quiet part of the beach and easy drive to sights, shops and restaurants. We hope to return next year!

Beachside bliss!

Our stay at the poolhouse by the beach was nothing short of fantastic. The location was perfect for beach lovers, and the amenities provided made our holiday both comfortable and memorable. The place was fully stocked and Judy and team were nearby to make sure we had everything we needed just in case. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Turks and Caicos!

Absolute perfection!

This house is perfect from the privacy to the private pool, location! Perfect for our family of 4! Everything has been thought of for a perfect stay. The host made us feel right and home. We cannot recommend this enough if you’re looking for a quiet feel and amazing location! Just what we were going for!
