About the property

House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 9

Come be pampered at this gorgeous four-bedroom vacation home in beautiful Hayden, Idaho! Right off the northern shores of Hayden Lake, surrounded by pristine forest and bright blue skies, your getaway includes a private dock right on the water, a spacious deck, and a luxurious interior worthy of a glossy interior design magazine.

With three levels of living space, there's plenty of room for friends and family alike, with space for socializing, as well as finding a private space to read or nap. In the main living space, you can sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy stunning lake views out the two story windows. The coffee table is a perfect to spread out snacks or even a board game. And if you want more modern entertainment, a separate sitting room has a large flat screen TV, cable, and a DVD player. You can set the kids up in this room for a movie, while the adults socialize in the more formal living room, in front of a warm, toasty fire. Throughout the home there are telescopes so an up close view of the water is always within reach.

On the other side of the living room, a formal dining room takes advantage of the two-sided fireplace. Eat dinner surrounded by cozy ambiance, as the sun sets out the large floor to ceiling windows. From the slate tile floors to the stainless steel appliances, the full kitchen is a chef's dream. You'll have ample counter space (including a large island with a sink) to concoct complicated culinary projects or prepare the simplest of snacks. To that end, there's a mixer, blender, slow cooker, microwave, a coffee grinder, and a collection of cookbooks and food magazines. And when you're done with a meal, the dishwasher will help make clean-up easy and quick.

When you want some fresh lake air, deck access is right off the living room. Pull up an outdoor chair and spend the afternoon with an amazing view. Ideal for outdoor entertaining or just relaxing, you'll also have a gas grill for summer barbecues. Just pick up some steaks from the grocery store in town and come back for a lakeside feast.

In this home, there are lots of spaces to curl up with a good book, catch up on some TV, or just relax. You'll find shelves filled with books and movies, and practical amenities like a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an iPod dock, stereo with CD player, and WiFi throughout the house. You may be getting away from it all, but you'll have all the comforts of home at this Hayden Lake retreat.

The lucky occupant of the master suite will have a stunning, private retreat all to themselves, complete with gorgeous lake views, cool blue and greens, and a cloud-like king sized bed. There's a wall-mounted flat screen TV for some late night channel surfing, and a separate sitting area outfitted with a Persian rug, leather furniture, and shelves filled with books. The master bathroom has a luxurious jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual-sink vanity.

Other guests will find the remaining three bedrooms just as charming. Two bedrooms have queen beds, while the last has twin-over-full bunk beds. Kids and adults alike will find the perfect spot for sweet dreams here. This home will comfortably sleep up to nine guests.

From the house, beautiful Hayden Lake is just steps away. Out on the dock there's a boat slip for guest use (but you'll need to bring your own lines and bumpers). The town of Hayden has two public boat launches, and it will take you 10-20 minutes to get to the house from either of these spots.

The lake also offers opportunities for fishing, wakeboarding, kayaking, and swimming. Other popular area activities include hiking, biking, and golfing. The closest green is Avondale Golf Course, about five miles away. In winter, Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg is just under 50 miles east. And if you want dinner out, you'll have a number of restaurants within a few miles' drive to choose from.

This wonderful lakefront rental retreat promises comfort, style, and stunning water views. Come relax and unwind against the backdrop of beautiful Hayden Lake, Idaho!

About Vacasa, ID - Coeur d'Alene Region Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Convenient location, beautiful view

 • 5 of 5

Beautiful lake location and dock! Only 15 minutes from Silverwood, restaurants, and groceries. And 20 minutes to Coeur D'alene lake. House has amazing windows, good AC, nice kitchen and two grills, plenty of kitchenware, and wifi. We didn't get phone service though.

Master is upstairs, rest of bedrooms on bottom, third level and lots of stairs, so keep in mind if traveling with small children or elderly. But lots of kid movies and even a record player!

We plan to stay again! Our kids loved it!

Beautiful home with great views

 • 5 of 5

I would love to wake up with that view every day. This home is beautiful and comfy, we felt right at home. Felt very private even with one neighbor just a few feet away. The kids loved the board games and the Disney VHS movies available downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped (except for a good scrambled egg pan). Very easy to get to, the directions sent were spot on. Only thing that could be a problem is if you have 9 guests, there is not a place you could all sit together, the living room seats 5 (2 loveseats and 1 chair), the TV room seats maybe 4 (1 couch) and the dining room had 6 chairs.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect home especially for 2 families.

 • 5 of 5

This home is beautiful!! The master suite upstairs is gorgeous, with a private living room and huge ensure bathroom. We had 2 families and we were able to put our infant in her playpen in the upstairs sitting room and our 3 year old on the pull out couch in the office space on the same level. The family we were staying with could use the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs giving everyone plenty of space. The kitchen!! Oh how we loved the kitchen, you could have 4 people cooking and prepping in there no problem, with two sinks it made preparing meals so easy. The kitchen is stocked with more utensils and cookware than I have at home, we loved it. The view is amazing, the tiered decks outside are stunning. This house is full of great amenities that anyone with children would love, anything we could possibly have needed for two families with a total of 4 children under the age of 5 was provided. The bathrooms are nice, the decor is very tasteful and suiting to the home and from the moment you walk in, you feel at home and comfortable. We loved this property and would gladly stay again. The only issue was parking, not a lot of space, we were just able to squeek our pickup truck into the garage, our friends have an SUV with a roof top storage and were not able to fit in the garage. Other than that we wouldn't change a thing.

Loved it here

 • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful house. We felt right at home, very comfy and clean. You couldn't ask for better views to wake up to. The setting is gorgeous, and although one neighbor is just feet away it felt very private. I could sit on that deck all day and watch the birds and boat go by.

The location is great, right in between everything we wanted to see from, Coeur d'alene to Silverwood Theme Park, but far enough away from town to be very peaceful. The "country" directions to get to the house were spot on, no problems finding it.

There are many selections of board games to choose from, and the kids loved the Disney VHS movies in the little bedroom.

The layout was awkward at first, I didn't know to go up or down. The master is the top floor and where you enter from the garage. The middle is the living room, kitchen/dining, TV room and 1 bathroom. The bottom is the 3 other bedrooms, 1 bath and a large sitting area with older TV, but no satellite/cable.

One thing that could be a problem is if you had 9 people stay here, there are enough beds, but you couldn't sit together in 1 room. The living room seats 5, the TV room off the Living room sits maybe 4 and the dining room table sits 6 (there were no bar stools when we were there, but there were some in the garage in boxes).

But overall this is a great little gem on the lake. I would love to come back someday.

Three Stories of Lake Views

 • 4 of 5

Looking for a quiet place to relax? Great master bed and bathroom and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you need to cook a gourmet meal. Loads of space in this rental. Lots of stairs to climb - both in the house and down to the water. If you are looking for a secluded retreat, this house is the ticket. Don't forget to bring some Kleenex! Couldn't find a box in the entire place.
