Die gepflegte Gästewohnung unterm Dach ist geräumig und mit Liebe zum Detail sowie allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. Sie liegt am Rand von Kühlungsborn in einer Wohnsiedlung, was uns gefallen hat. Freundliche Nachbarn! Der Pkw-Stellplatz am Haus, der kurze Weg zum Molli (Bahnhof Kühlungsborn West) und zur Bushaltestelle entschädigen für den etwas weiteren Weg zum Strand.
