This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with very little traffic, as the street is a dead end. Nearby, there is a walking path through the forest, as well as a hiking trail leading to a nearby excursion site and the peak of Mount Učka.
The centre of Opatija is only a three-minute drive or an eight-minute walk downhill. There, you will find public parking options.
There is also a public bus connection to the nearby city of Rijeka and the historic town of Lovran.

The property is situated on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a dining room, two bathrooms, a sauna with a relaxation area, an open-air lounge, and a terrace.
