Your holiday home welcomes you with character, far-reaching views and closeness to nature. The unobstructed view over the Flensburg Fjord accompanies you through large parts of the house. From the open-plan living and dining area as well as from all three bedrooms, you can enjoy an impressive view of the water and the striking landscape. The house extends over two levels. The bright lounges invite you to enjoy long meals, stimulating conversations and quiet moments with a view of the fjord. Occasionally retreat to one of the cosy reading corners with a good book.
Two beautiful terraces await you in the outdoor area. On the large terrace by the kitchen area you can dine with a panoramic view, while the terrace on the ground floor level in front of the bedrooms is particularly suitable if you want to relax on a sun lounger.
The location in Sønderhav is ideal - the child-friendly sandy beach with shallow water is just a few minutes' walk away, and the deciduous forest begins directly behind the house. The famous Gendarme Trail runs along the coast for a total of 84 kilometres through the region. Visit the charming town of Sønderborg with its shops, cafés and historical sights. Go on excursions to the Ox Islands and book a table at one of the excellent restaurants near your home.
