This spacious 4-room apartment is ideal for families, friends, or business travellers looking for a cosy temporary home. The apartment is completely private and lovingly furnished, so you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The bathroom features a bathtub where you can relax after a long day. The balcony with its seating area is perfect for enjoying your first cup of coffee in the fresh air in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, so cleaning up after meals is a breeze. The living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa and is the perfect place to relax or watch TV together. The three bedrooms feature two cosy double beds in two rooms and two single beds in the third room. This ensures everyone has a comfortable place to sleep, whether you’re travelling as a couple, with children, friends, or colleagues.

The location offers excellent access to Zurich. You can reach city centre Zurich and the main train station quickly by public transport, allowing you to easily switch between cosy living and city life.

Access to the apartment is convenient via a key box. On the day of arrival, you’ll receive the code in plenty of time so you can check in flexibly and contactlessly, without any fixed check-in times.

Communication with guests takes place primarily through the platform. We’re available at any time via the messaging feature if you have questions or concerns, and we’re happy to assist you during your stay—we usually respond very quickly and are here to help if you need anything.

Additional important information:
The apartment is located in a quiet residential building; please be considerate of the neighbors and observe quiet hours starting at 10 p.m. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but is permitted on the balcony, provided it does not disturb the neighbors. The shared washing machine in the building can be used during the usual hours; please leave it clean for the next guests. Parties and events are not permitted. Dispose of all trash in the provided trash bags. We appreciate your efforts to recycle glass and tins. Please note that additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left excessively dirty.

No Parties or Events:
Parties and events are strictly prohibited to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Furniture:
Please do not move any furniture or large items within the apartment.

Security:
Always ensure that doors and windows are securely closed and locked when you leave the apartment.

Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during your stay.
