My name is Merph Moyer, and I am the sibling that manages the website, leasing, etc. As a family we work together to keep the unit clean and well maintained. When we cannot be there, Jim Rowe, owner of I Spy Home Watch, is checking our unit over every 2 weeks.

Why Martha Moyer chose Naples

My parents bought this apartment many years ago and were snowbirds during the winter seasons from Ohio. Our families have been coming to Naples since the 1970's. We love it.

What makes this condo unique

The third floor is very quiet. We love the beautiful view, which is pool side. It is nice to sit on the lanai having drinks, eating a meal, reading, or just having casual conversation. Open the doors and the breeze from front to back is wonderful. The guest room and hall bathroom have a pocket door, giving guests complete privacy and en-suite for your family and friends. The elevator is three doors down. The car port provides shade and protection for your car.
