1-room studio 36 m2 on 1st floor. Living/sleeping room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Hip bath/WC. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
