BIG Main Channel View!! 2 Master Suites & 7 Beds

1800 sq. ft Two-story Ledges Condo on the Main Channel...windows galore to enjoy the view. Vaulted ceilings...open loft...open floor plan. Top floor condo located in Building 10 with main channel view.

In 2021 underwent a $30,000 renovation.
Included: luxury vinyl plank flooring & carpet, large screen TV In living room, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, bath vanities tops, fixtures & toilets, couch & love seat, dining table that seats 8, bedroom furniture.

Spacious deck with seating for 12 guests and an electric grill.
Very little direct sun...unobstructed view of main channel.
Perfect for two to three families.

Main level: Master...king-size bed & full bathroom (tub/shower combo, double vanity)
Queen-size bed in the second bedroom (main level).
2 twin beds in the third bedroom (main level).
Upstairs: 4th bedroom: queen-size bed and bathroom (shower).
The loft: two queen beds.
3 Bathrooms: 2 full with tub/shower combo in master bedroom & main level hall. Upstairs bathroom is a full bathroom with shower stall.
Kitchen: Dishes, glassware, silverware for 12. Pots, pans, baking trays & dishes, 13x9 pan, muffin tin, large serving bowls. Dishwasher detergent, dish liquid soap, crock Pot.
ITEMS SUPPLIED:
We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls/bathroom), 1 spare roll of paper towels, 10 kitchen trash bags. If you anticipate you will need more, please bring additional amounts.
Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom.

**Please note: there are stairs to climb to enter the condo: 2 flights of stairs.

This condo is located at the 20.5 mile marker.
Swimming: 2 pools, one on the point with a panoramic ten mile view & the other located near the entrance of complex. Sand beach area.
Boat slips available for an additional charge.
Minutes off Hwy 54 & Osage Beach Parkway...located in the heart of Osage Beach.
Shopping: Boutiques, Blair's Landing
Golf: Many golf courses nearby.
Boat/PWC rentals: two marinas nearby have rental boats & PWCs.
7 minutes to the newly renovated Land Shark (Margaritaville): convenient for conventions & indoor Water Park.
Family Fun: mini golfing, 2 swimming pools & sand beach onsite, go-karts, close to Miner Mike's & Busters (indoor amusement park & go-kart track).

Just as described and pictures were accurate. Great location to get to everything or enough to do right at property. The view from the really good size deck was awesome. Definitely recommend this property very very nice.
