This stunning 8,000 sq ft home Sleeps 26+ people and is perfect for family vacations or reunions, ladies' weekends, golf trips, executive retreats and fishing trips! This exquisite property includes a gourmet kitchen, 3 master suites, 4 additional bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, 3 living/entertaining areas, a complete wet bar, and 82" movie theater room.
GAME ROOM: pool table, ping-pong table top, Golden Tee Pro Golf Arcade, foosball table, **Big Buck Hunter RELOADED, Bullshooter Electronic Darts, Head to Head Street Fighter, Infinity Game table, Shuffleboard table, Skee-ball game, PacMan arcade game, Jenga, poker table, and a beer pong table.

Amazing views from the huge wrap-around decks and has a private heated pool($50/day) with an outdoor kitchen.

The private dock also has a swim platform for those who want to relax lakeside.
With minimum of a king or queen bed in each bedroom, this house will accommodate multiple families, retreats, weddings, etc. It sleeps 26 in beds, but with all of the additional space, this house can easily accommodate 30+ people (we provide 5 queen air mattresses for larger groups).

This is absolutely not the experience we strive to provide and I completely understand your frustration when the A-coil froze up on 1 out of the 4 units in the house. We had previously addressed this issue and invested significantly in repairs, so when it reoccurred I was just as disappointed as you were. We take these situations very seriously and have since taken additional steps to make sure this doesn't happen again for future guests. We genuinely care about every guest's experience and always encourage guests to reach out directly during their stay so we can make things right in the moment. That offer still stands, but the refund doesn't — please don't hesitate to contact me directly if you're ever willing to give us another chance. Great place to stay. Our second time staying here. Lots to do for everyone and during the off season good luck finding another rental with a heated pool year round other than all of this host properties. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in February. The view is beautiful and the teenagers loved all the games - they were better than expected. Great movie room too. There was plenty to keep everyone busy and loads of room for others to hang out the enjoy time together indoors and outdoors.

Myself along with two friends and our 8 kids stayed here over spring break. The house was amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice, it was huge, neatly maintained and provided everything we needed for a five night stay. The kids and adults enjoyed all of the amenities of the house such as the heated pool, hot tub, theater room, game room and they even jumped off the dock! The owner responded via phone or text immediately when I had questions. It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The Sonos app was an added bonus as we could play our music from any floor. A majority of our trip was spent at the house because it offered so much that we had no problem entertaining ourselves. Everything was clean and stocked very well for our stay. I would 10/10 recommend Anthony and am excited to hopefully stay at this location or one of his others in the future!

Hearing that the home exceeded expectations and that the pictures didn’t do it justice is one of the best compliments we can receive. We designed this lakefront home to comfortably accommodate large families and groups, so it’s great to hear it worked so well for your crew. I love that both the kids and adults were able to fully enjoy all the amenities — from the heated pool and hot tub to the game room, theater room, and time spent out on the dock. That’s exactly the kind of full experience we want guests to have, where there’s always something fun to do right at the property. It’s also great to hear the Sonos system was a hit! Being able to play music throughout the home really adds to the overall experience. Thank you for mentioning communication as well. Being responsive and available by phone or text is something I take seriously to make sure every stay is smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciate your 10/10 recommendation and would absolutely love to host you again — whether it’s back at this property or one of our other Lake of the Ozarks homes!

We had an absolutely incredible weekend at this Lake of the Ozarks home. Anthony was a fantastic host — extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish.The house itself was amazing. There were so many fun games to keep everyone entertained, and the theater room was a huge hit — we loved watching movies together at night. We spent the whole weekend cooking big family meals, eating together, playing games, and just enjoying time with each other. It truly was the perfect setting for a family getaway.We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, memory-making weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

Great property that is well managed with a ton of options to keep all ages occupied. We didn’t have the best of weather but had no shortage of fun - for all members of the extended family, young and old. Anthony the host was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with - can’t wait until we come back - hopefully the weather will be better!

Perfect for large groups. Lots of space and activities for the kids to be occupied and the adults to have simultaneous adult time. We love the multiple living areas. The video games kept kids and adults entertained and the middle level dining table is perfect for board games. We weren’t able to use the pool this time, but did enjoy the hot tub.

This place was amazing! Me and my adult sisters and our children and our parents all stayed here for four nights and everyone had their own space. There was room for adults and children to play and spread out nicely. The place was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely come back in the summer when we could use the boats! We did pay the fee to heat the pool and the kids swim every day totally worth it!

This is the most amazing house. This is our second year spending our family vacation here and it never disappoints! Anthony is the greatest host and answers you immediately if you need him. The home is spacious with three levels for everyone to spread out. There is so much to keep everyone entertained. The theater room, tons of games, hot tub, and even a pool that's heated even in the winter if you want. We had a blast and created great family memories! We have already booked another one his properties for next year.

The house had everything and more!!! It was one of the better stocked houses we’ve stayed at. Lots of towels, pillows, ect. We loved our stay! The amazing views, the awesome game room, the fact you could go to your room and not hear all the others in the house. We had 13 people stay, so more than enough room for everyone. The sunset was absolutely beautiful every single evening! We had an amazing time.
