1800 sq. ft Two-story Ledges Condo on the Main Channel...windows galore to enjoy the view. Vaulted ceilings...open loft...open floor plan. Top floor condo located in Building 10 with main channel view.

In 2021 underwent a $30,000 renovation.
Included: luxury vinyl plank flooring & carpet, large screen TV In living room, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, bath vanities tops, fixtures & toilets, couch & love seat, dining table that seats 8, bedroom furniture.

Spacious deck with seating for 12 guests and an electric grill.
Very little direct sun...unobstructed view of main channel.
Perfect for two to three families.

Main level: Master...king-size bed & full bathroom (tub/shower combo, double vanity)
Queen-size bed in the second bedroom (main level).
2 twin beds in the third bedroom (main level).
Upstairs: 4th bedroom: queen-size bed and bathroom (shower).
The loft: two queen beds.
3 Bathrooms: 2 full with tub/shower combo in master bedroom & main level hall. Upstairs bathroom is a full bathroom with shower stall.
Kitchen: Dishes, glassware, silverware for 12. Pots, pans, baking trays & dishes, 13x9 pan, muffin tin, large serving bowls. Dishwasher detergent, dish liquid soap, crock Pot.
ITEMS SUPPLIED:
We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls/bathroom), 1 spare roll of paper towels, 10 kitchen trash bags. If you anticipate you will need more, please bring additional amounts.
Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom.

**Please note: there are stairs to climb to enter the condo: 2 flights of stairs.

This condo is located at the 20.5 mile marker.
Swimming: 2 pools, one on the point with a panoramic ten mile view & the other located near the entrance of complex. Sand beach area.
Boat slips available for an additional charge.
Minutes off Hwy 54 & Osage Beach Parkway...located in the heart of Osage Beach.
Shopping: Boutiques, Blair's Landing
Golf: Many golf courses nearby.
Boat/PWC rentals: two marinas nearby have rental boats & PWCs.
7 minutes to the newly renovated Land Shark (Margaritaville): convenient for conventions & indoor Water Park.
Family Fun: mini golfing, 2 swimming pools & sand beach onsite, go-karts, close to Miner Mike's & Busters (indoor amusement park & go-kart track).

This property is great for a large group. Plenty of room, kitchen was well supplied.Would definitely consider for fiture stays! Enjoyed the 2 pools and the beach.Great views of the main channel. Lots of stairs to get to the unit.

Overall our stay was ah-mazing! Views were gorgeous. Down side was the furniture. Just very uncomfortable. King bed, you can definitely tell its an older mattress, probably needs to retire. Loved the condo itself, great location, very responsive hosts, and clean. Cant wait to go back! it.a recliner wouldve been better

Stay was as advertised

My extended family stayed at this property for a holiday gathering as Osage Beach is between our respective homes. What I appreciated was this property was "as advertised" - the pictures and description definitely do the property justice and are reflective of the property. The overall layout is nice, and worked well for our group. We cooked all of our meals on site, and there were sufficient dishes/pots and pans to do so. Great view, and notwithstanding that it was chilly (it was December after all), we enjoyed spending time on the attached balcony. The only word of caution I would have for other travelers (which, in fairness, is disclosed in the listing) is that this is a top level unit, so those with mobility issues should be aware (however, would further note, once you're in the unit, there are bedrooms on the main level, so navigating stairs in the unit is not required). But all in all, we thought this property was nice, accurately reflected, and would definitely stay here again. Stay with confidence.

The view was amazing

The view was amazing. The only things that we were disappointed with were the beds and the living furniture. They were uncomfortable. The refrigerator was an issue as well. We shopped for food before check in and then discovered we couldn’t put it all in the refrigerator because it wouldn’t get cold for 24 hours so we had to put several items in coolers

Great Location- Great view

I stayed here with my adult children and their significant others. This place is so spacious with plenty of room inside and out on the balcony to hang out. You cannot beat the view! We rented a pontoon from a place only minutes away and enjoyed some swim up bars on the Lake.

Family Ozark trip 2023

The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The beds were not the most comfortable but after boating all day we all slept like rocks! The stairs could kill you or make you stronger but we probably needed the extra exercise.lol We did have security knock on our door asking us about a karaoke machine being used but we definitely didn't have one and we are early to sleep kind of people. I guess it was the bottom unit using one but we never heard it anyways. Security is definitely on the prowl over there so we felt it was a safe place for our boat and things.

Perfect for extended family vacation

The condo is laid out great for a large group. The loft was ideal for the kids. As expected, the deck was the highlight, such a great place to spend evenings looking out over the water. The hosts were terrific, very responsive, great to work with. TIP - be sure to stress to all guests that it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Wasn’t a big deal but those that wanted to complain really couldn’t because they had fair warning :).
