Welcome to our Ledges condo (unit 1042) Sleeps 8. This condo has been updated and is VERY CLEAN. Its located right on the main channel with awesome views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Our condo is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you should need for a relaxing and enjoyable lake vacation experience. The Ledges is close to all that Osage Beach has to offer. Shopping is nearby. There are lots of restaurants to satisfy every taste. There is nightlife to satisfy most anyone.
Are you looking for a great view of the lake? You have found that view with this condo. There aren't many condos in this area of the lake with this remarkable view. The balcony has an unobstructed view of the main channel. You can also sit in the comfortable living room and have an equally wonderful view of the main channel. When you awake in the master bedroom, you will be able to look out of the windows and have that same magnificent view.
One of the most prominent features of our condo is the balcony which overlooks the main channel. Sip a cool drink as you sit on the comfortable furniture and watch the lake activities. In the evening, listen to the water lapping up against the shore as you reflect on the fun activities of the day.

Master Bedroom has King size bed with all new furniture with cable/tv & Roku. Attached is a en-suite with double sinks and tub/shower combination. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed and cable/tv & Roku. The Spacious Loft area which has an Amazing View to the Main Channel has a King size bed with its own private sitting area with a Sofa Couch and Cable/TV & Roku. This is great for the kids or if you just need to get away. Our living room area on the lower level has a Queen size soft bed that sleeps 2.

We also offer free wifi.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We also have an Electric grill on the patio for you to use!
We supply all the paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soaps, shower gels, kitchen soap & pods, laundry soap.
There is no need to worry about if you will receive the key in time for your check-in. We have a lock box which contains entrance keys for the condo. We have removed that hassle. We try to think of everything, so that all you have to do is think about the fun and relaxation you will enjoy.

BOATERS: We have multiple boat slips from 10 x 30, 12 x 30, to 14 x 40 Rental fee may be waived depending on your length of stay if 5 days or more -ask me. Trailer parking is available at the Surdyke Port 20 marina located very near the Ledges during Prime Season. If off season – Trailer parking is allowed at the complex.

Fishing is allowed from the docks.

Need more room? We have more units at the complex. We have multiple units from 2 bedroom, 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms.

* No Grills (Propane or Charcoal)
*Check-in time: 4pm
*Check-out: 11 am.
*Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions.
*Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed
*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
*Guest responsible for any damages they cause
*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
