The fully equipped kitchen offers a dining area for 4 and includes a dishwasher. A bathroom with a shower and WC completes the apartment. Guests can enjoy the on-site swimming pool (15m x 8m, 1.20m deep) and access communal facilities, including washers and dryers on floors 1 to 4 (fee applicable). A parking space in the underground garage is also available, with a height limit of 185 cm. Well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee, and smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
