Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at 20 m. Supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Porto Ceresio" 2.2 km, shingle beach 20 m (small). Nearby attractions: Luino 19 km, Campione d'Italia 23 km, Lugano 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maggiore 20 km, Como 28 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift.
