Die Wohnung entspricht voll umfänglich der Darstellung im Internet. Sie ist geschmaackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine hervorragende Lage. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf eine kleine Parkanlage. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und dennoch ist der Strand und die Promenade zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
