The apartment is warmly decorated and comfortably furnished. The balcony, styled like a terrace, offers a wonderful lake view.



Nearby, you’ll find the sandy Fleesensee beach, a fenced dog beach with lake access, several playgrounds, sunbathing lawns, the Robinson Beach Club, a catamaran, canoe and surf rental center, and a lakeside restaurant with outdoor seating.



Enter through the main entrance and walk up to the first floor. From the spacious hallway, you can access all rooms: a daylight shower bathroom, two cozy bedrooms, and the large living and dining area with an open kitchen. The balcony, furnished with modern outdoor furniture, is accessible from here and provides a beautiful lake view.
