This cozy penthouse apartment is located on the fourth floor and features a loft (accessible via a staircase) with a comfortable sleeper sofa (approx. 140 x 200 cm). Enjoy the fantastic side view of the sea from the southeast-facing rooftop terrace. The separate bedroom features a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm) and its own balcony, where you can experience the breathtaking sunsets in Großenbrode. In addition, the bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and blackout curtains. The travel crib can be set up in the bedroom.
The spa-style bathroom, with its whirlpool tub, invites you to relax.
The kitchen area is equipped with plenty of cutlery and dishes. A dishwasher, an oven, and a Tassimo coffee maker are also at your disposal.
The apartment includes a free parking space.

From March through November 2026, facade renovation work will be taking place on the Bellevue building in the immediate vicinity of our complex. During this time, construction noise and occasional dust are to be expected. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you despite the construction work. If you dream of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and beach enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the city of Heiligenhafen on the Warder Peninsula (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
