Surrounded by lush greenery just a short distance from Florence, our villa is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation, nature, and the charm of slow living. The property features a striking stone façade and is the result of a careful restoration of a medieval watchtower once guarding the castles of Quona and Montefiesole.
The Space:
Designed for large groups or families, the villa offers privacy and spacious common areas. It consists of a main house and an independent suite (a former barn). During the pool season, the entire property is rented exclusively.
• Main House: Sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 with a double sofa bed, plus a single walk-through room). Includes a living room with 3 fireplaces, satellite TV, PC workstation, and a professional kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
• The Suite: A charming open space on two levels. Ground floor with kitchen and living area with sofa bed; upstairs, a double bedroom.
• Comfort: All rooms have air conditioning. A private chef for typical dinners is available on request for an extra charge.
Outdoors and Relaxation
From April to October, enjoy the private pool with a fully equipped sunbathing area. The garden is a small Tuscan ecosystem with olive trees and native plants, bordering woods ideal for birdwatching. For outdoor dining, there’s a barbecue area with two dedicated dining spaces (wood included up to 50 kg).
Set atop a hill, the villa enjoys fresh air and a pleasant breeze. Here you can unwind, go hiking or cycling, or book horseback rides at nearby stables.
Choosing our villa means experiencing history in a corner of Tuscan paradise.
