Dear Guest, We are really surprised to receive this review. We are quite sure that the real problem is that you have not read accurately our advert published on VRBO in which is clearly mentioned that, while the Villa can be booked by only 1 family/group for an exclusive use, the owners of the property live in a portion of the main building but they have separate access to their apartment and they do not share any room/bathroom with the customers of the Villa. Furthermore, when a booking is confirmed, no other guest is allowed to book for the same period/dates. The extra costs that are required on site are regularly reported in the house rules' section of the VRBO advert but, again, you probably did not put any attention to these details before finalizing your booking. We also would like to underline that the mattresses of all bedrooms are brand new and no other guest has previously reported any problem. The matresses are in memory foam so it is absolutely impossible that can be categorized as "hard as a rock"! All our reviews, received lately and in the past, are the proof that we put the utmost care to every details and services offered to the guests of the Villa. The AC system can be individually controlled by our guests through the remote controls available in the rooms of the Villa so we really do not know why you wrote here that you had to ask to turn on and off the air-conditioning during your stay. We also have discovered now, reading your review, that you had a problem with the AC last night of your stay. You did not report this problem neither that evening nor checking out from the property.
