This very tastefully furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Olymp building in Kühlungsborn West. Apartment 17 is easily accessible by elevator. Spanning 40 m², the apartment features a living-dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, a sleeping alcove, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 150 m away. From May through September, you can enjoy wonderful hours at the beach in a beach chair that comes with the apartment, located at entrance 17.

The lovingly furnished living-dining area is perfect for spending time together. It features a comfortable sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm), a dining table, and a rustic bar counter. A flat-screen TV and a CD player round out this area. Pleated blinds are installed on the windows for privacy.

The fully equipped kitchenette leaves little to be desired. In addition to an oven, a 4-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a microwave, many small appliances—such as a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle—have been provided.

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom. The floors throughout the entire apartment are covered with high-quality designer PVC.

Your dog is also welcome. Please note, however, that the beach chair is no longer located on a dog-friendly beach.
