Vacation Apartment 115 in the Meeresblick building is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Apartment No. 115 in the Meeresblick building is a 3-room vacation apartment measuring approximately 60 m². It is located on the 1st floor on the southwest side of the building. The distance to the beach is about 50 meters.

The living area is furnished with a cozy couch, a TV armchair, 2 wicker armchairs, a stereo system, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.

The modern kitchenette integrated into the living room includes an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster round out the kitchen’s amenities.

In the first bedroom, you’ll find a double bed with an adjustable slatted frame, and in the second bedroom, a small double bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Of course, the vacation rental also features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available to guests in the building’s communal basement for a fee. There is an elevator in the building. You can use the Wi-Fi for free (service not guaranteed).

Parking space No. 41 in the underground garage is included with the apartment (max. height 1.65 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring real plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
