Settle into Maisonnette de la Mer in Batz-sur-Mer and enjoy a pleasant 45 m² holiday home, ideal for a couple or family of up to 4 people.
Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds—as well as a WC. The ground floor offers a welcoming living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), a bathroom, and a second WC, ensuring you have everything needed for a self-sufficient stay.
The house opens onto a bright 16 m² veranda leading to a 15 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the sunshine. Located in a pleasant residence, you also have access to many shared amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, ping-pong table, and pétanque court—great for all ages.
You will enjoy a prime location just 800 m from the sea and 600 m from a supermarket with bakery, as well as a parking space in front of the house for a hassle-free stay. Events are not allowed; bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from the concierge for an extra fee.
