About Customer Service

About: In 2003 while living in Atlanta, we accepted an invitation to visit a friend in beautiful Blue Ridge, Georgia over the Labor Day weekend, and that one event changed the course in the lives of our family. To discover the incredible beauty that Blue Ridge offered, and to realize that this was just an hour and a half away from Atlanta presented a set of circumstances that set some wheels in motion. What started as a family adventure turned into a family business that has produced 30+ luxury mountain homes over the course of 10 years. Today, Cabin Rentals of Georgia (CRG) serves as the premier provider of luxury vacation home rentals and Property Management in Blue Ridge, Georgia. We love warm hospitality, special friends, fantastic food, and amazing ambiance. These things embody all that CRG is, and it is our desire to share this with you. Since 2003, many of our past guests return each year because of the moments they've cherished after vacationing with us. In fact, some of our guests have captured this very lifestyle for themselves by purchasing a cabin and are currently partnering with CRG in our Property Management Program. It is our privilege to provide a luxury vacation home where you and your loved ones can relax, laugh, and enjoy the good life. Experience Blue Ridge, the South's best-kept vacation secret, with the warmth and privacy of your own luxury mountain home at Cabin Rentals of Georgia. - Gary and Lissa Knight

Guestbook comments from the manager

The only complaint I have about staying at Serendipity is that we did not stay long enough! We were not at all ready to leave. The cabin is just as it seems in the photos. The view is breathtaking, everything from the kitchen to hot tub to outdoor fireplace was perfection. Very well stocked kitchen, spectacular view, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to spread out. The staff at Cabins Rentals was very helpful and easy to work with. I will definitely will return for another stay.

Two person had been injured out on the deck. Nails were sticking out from the wood. One of my friends had a very deep cut; she was bleeding heavily. Deck has to be inspected and repaired. Some of the lights outside around and on the way to the hot tub are out. Communication via email was poor. I have sent several emails / messages prior to the trip and I have not received a reply. Otherwise of course we enjoyed the stay.

Owner's Response: Dear Evelyn, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, as guest feedback is important to us and helps us to continually better our service. Please accept our sincere apologies about the porch and the trouble getting in touch. We are having the entire deck looked over to make sure it is back in good condition for future guests, and we are looking into why we did not receive your emails to see if there was a mistake in the email address or with the guest app. We are happy to know you enjoyed your stay despite these issues, but please know that we are making it a priority to address them as promptly as possible. Sincerely, The CRG Team

Amazing cabin in Blue Ridge

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful cabin that was more than enough room for our family of 7 (two parents and FIVE teenagers). We didn't want to leave. The property is about 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and even closer to hiking trails and tubing. Toccoa Restaurant is super close!

Cabin has everything you can imagine - upgrades galore. No TV in the Living Area upstairs BUT we ended up being super happy about that. Plenty of TVs in other rooms. Wifi a little slow for two connected parents and five teenagers but we made it work and who should be connected anyway?? We want to come back. I wish there was a treadmill because there is nowhere safe to run on the roads. The hike to the river (outdoor fire pit and chairs) was a good one and would be hard for elderly or toddlers. Personally, we enjoyed the hike and used it as a means of exercise:). We caught some trout and bass. Outdoor "treehouse" was used daily by the family. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes, only lightening bugs which kept the kids entertained. FIVE STARS for everything...cabin and the cabin management company.

Owner's Response: Dear Jen, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so glad you had an enjoyable stay with us, and that you found the cabin to have plenty of room for your group. We agree that it is a beautiful home with so much to offer. The "treehouse" tends to be a guest favorite, so we're glad you took advantage of that, as well. As you said, "who should be connected anyway?" but we will double check the Wifi to make sure it is running at the proper speed for future guests. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. The fact that you plan to come back is the biggest compliment we could ask for! We look forward to hosting you again! Sincerely, The CRG Team

Christmas in Blue Ridge

  • 3 of 5

The home was well appointed and accommodated the 6 of us more than expected. It rained our whole trip so thank God for the pool table. My disappointments for the money we paid is there were no TV upstairs, so we went and bought one. The upstairs is the main gathering place and we wanted to all watch xmas movies upstairs. There was no firewood supplied, in every home we have rented there was wood supplied. The upstairs bedrooms had to sleep with swarm of ladybugs. Downtown Blue Ridge was great, we even shopped in the rain! We expected to be right on the Noontoola Creek, and NO we were not! There was a 50, 21, 30, and 65 year men who had a helluva time getting back up from the creek. So we were very disappointed in that, it was one of the main reasons why we choose this home, very misleading!

Owner's Response: Dear Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree that Serendipity is a well-appointed home, and we are glad to hear it exceeded your expectations for accommodation. It’s also good to know the pool table was a welcome amenity during your stay. We were surprised to hear of your disappointment with the TV setup and the proximity to the creek. We tried to make both of these things clear on the property page on the website. The pictures and the written description describe the 4 TVs in this home and mention that the basement has a home theater with surround sound, and the website says that a hiking path leads down to a gazebo, fire pit, and seating in front of Noontootla Creek. It was never our intent to be misleading about either of these items—on the contrary, we highlighted them, as we consider both to be perks. If you would be willing to speak with us on the phone, we would truly appreciate your feedback as to which parts of the description you found confusing so we can look into clarifying the verbiage as needed. Regarding firewood, we do offer it as a service to our guests. However, given that it rained during your entire stay, it wouldn’t have been of much use since the only fireplace for this home is an outdoor fireplace. We understand and agree that ladybugs are a nuisance in the area. We are fighting them off in our own homes, as well! Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them, though it is not for lack of trying. Still, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are glad to hear you enjoyed shopping downtown despite the rain. We understand that weather can put a damper on vacations, but we’re glad to hear you made the most of it anyway. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we wish you all the best in the new year. Sincerely, The CRG Team

wonder luxury cabin

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 9 went for the Easter weekend and we had a great great time. The tree house was a hit. It drizzled for about 24 hours but we didn't mind, because we made a fire and sat in the Tree House. And some of us went into the hot tub. The view was gorgeous and the Cabin had everything you needed plus some! We played pool down in the basement and the men went fly fishing and caught a few. We will be coming back! Loved it!
