This charming, furnished 1.5-room holiday apartment accommodates two guests and features a separate sleeping area with balcony access. It is located on a raised ground floor in a quiet complex with only six apartments. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher. Fully renovated in early December 2025 and newly furnished with a box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and new seating. Highlight is the sunny, private south-facing balcony.
