This single-story, wheelchair-accessible, and allergy-friendly vacation home was completely modernized in 2026 and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in its 75 m² of space. Two cozy bedrooms with extra bedding, a bright living area with an open kitchen, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate guest restroom provide comfort for up to 6 people. Two of the beds are specifically designed for children—ideal for families.

The entire house is thoroughly allergy-friendly: vinyl flooring, privacy screens on all windows, and a strict no-smoking policy create a healthy indoor environment. Thanks to wide doors, step-free access, and a wheelchair-accessible shower, the vacation home is perfectly suited for guests with limited mobility. The open-concept living and dining area invites you to linger: a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy sofa area, and three TVs (35–44 inches, satellite reception) ensure relaxing moments. A washing machine is also available.

Outside, an 800 m² enclosed property awaits you—ideal for families and those seeking peace and quiet. Enjoy the partially covered patio with patio furniture and sun loungers, use the charcoal grill, or let the kids play on the swing set.
