The two-story house is located on a quiet side street in Kerobokan, north of Kuta. The property is 400 m² and surrounded by a wall. Due to its proximity to the beach, there is almost always a pleasant breeze. A small pool (5.7 m x 3.3 m) in the beautiful tropical garden offers a refreshing dip. The house is supplied with water from a well with an electric pump.
The living space of the light-filled house is approximately 170 m². The ground floor comprises a large living room, a bedroom with air conditioning, an office with air conditioning, a small open-plan kitchen, a small bathroom with a hot water shower, and two covered terraces. On the first floor are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a covered balcony and, if desired, an additional travel cot for a baby, and a large bathroom. This bathroom is very bright and welcoming, featuring a bathtub and a large shower, both with hot water.
All rooms are furnished with stylish teak, bamboo, and rattan furniture. The house also includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a gas stove with an extractor hood, a washing machine, two Google TVs, a DVD player, and 24-hour internet access (Biznet Wi-Fi). The kitchen is equipped with essential cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
An experienced and reliable Balinese woman cleans the house and washes towels and linens six days a week. She also cooks Indonesian meals upon request for an additional fee.
The villa is approximately a 10-minute drive from the beach. Within walking distance, you'll find shops for daily necessities, including imported food, a market, and a simple restaurant.
Kerobokan is a hub for gourmets, art lovers, and night owls. Located north of Kuta and Legian, it boasts excellent restaurants serving local and international cuisine, trendy bars, chic fashion and craft boutiques, art galleries, and furniture stores specializing in Balinese teak. The beach is wide and uncrowded.
