Enjoy a bright, fully equipped new kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace for your comfort.



Relax on the covered porch or the two open terraces, where you can take in panoramic sea and mountain views. The property features a private barbecue and direct access to a shared garden and outdoor pool with shower, used by 20 homes.
