This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow-style home also comes with a detached studio that can be used as an art or work space. With beautiful views off your private front deck, you'll feel like you're in LA but still enjoy the peace and tranquility of having your own place in a quiet neighborhood.

Lots of natural light floods the living area and attached dining room. Brand new central air conditioning and heating comes in handy during those hot summer days. Very serene, peaceful setting with a huge tree-filled backyard. And feel free to pick those delicious figs off the tree before the squirrels get to them!

The house has been furnished with beautiful modern and mid-century finds and designer decor, along with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Room & Board sofa in the living room pulls out to an incredibly comfortable full-sized bed. The large flat-screen comes equipped with AppleTV, making it easy to stream to your heart's content. Original hardwood floors throughout. Full-sized kitchen stocked with every appliance known to mankind along with a full set of pots/pans, matching dishware, etc. Handmade reclaimed wood dining table makes for a lovely dinner party. Full-sized bathroom with shower and tub comes stocked with luxury bath products. Stackable washer & dryer.

As fellow house renters, we appreciate the importance of a good night's sleep! The bedroom's black-out curtains and ceiling fan help lull you to sleep and even sleep in if you're feeling decadent. The queen-sized bed is incredibly comfy and we use only high-thread count luxury linens along with protective covers on the mattress and pillows to help you sleep worry-free.

Experience what it’s like to live in the trendy, artistic neighborhood of Silver Lake, known as the "Greenwich Village of the west," full of unique boutiques and restaurants, world-famous coffee houses, a beautiful reservoir (with running path and dog park), and Tuesday and Saturday farmers markets all within walking distance of the house. It's an eclectic neighborhood of creative people, artists, musicians, and environmentally conscious businesses. Bike or take a quick car ride to movie theaters and grocery stores. Itching for a celeb sighting? Check out the Hollywood Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings, or take a stroll around the world-famous Grove shopping area.

Only a 10-15 minute drive to Hollywood, downtown LA, LA Live, Disney Hall, Universal Studios/Citywalk, Dodger Stadium, the Grove, and Griffith Park. More studios closeby than we can name. Beverly Hills is about 20 minutes & Disneyland is about 40 minutes away. Beaches are a quick 30 minute drive with easy access to the 101, 5, and 10 freeways.

Silver Lake is a great walking neighborhood but even so it's always a good idea to have access to a car in L.A. Is this unit already booked for your dates? Or are you traveling in a group?
