The flat is nice and cleanand got everything you needbut if you are sensitive to the noise like me you will hear the freeway and the people upstairs moving and walking and making noise early am and during the night time but the house is a 5 the communication was ok as they did not reply to me all the time and I need to asked them many things lots of time the washing machine was old and when I left they asked me to replace or pay money of if it and this was not very nice rather then that everything was ok and the flat is nice and clean bestN

Anna Maria, Thank you for the feedback and for the 5-star rating on the home's condition. We’re glad you found it clean and well-equipped. Regarding the noise, we appreciate you mentioning that the freeway noise is not heard inside the house; this is helpful for future 'light sleepers' to know that our windows provide a good sound barrier. Regarding our communication, we strive to be responsive to emergencies, but we were surprised by several midnight phone calls for non-urgent matters, such as how to operate the dishwasher or locating the vacuum charger. Because of these repeated late-night disruptions for issues covered in our house manual, we feel our property is not the best fit for your future travel needs. Finally, we want to clarify that no one personally asked you for money; we simply processed a formal dishwasher damage claim through the VRBO Resolution Center based on the condition of the appliance after your stay. We wish you the best.
